Passengers can obtain a visa on arrival at Bosaso (BSA), Galcaio (GLK), Garowe (GGR), Kisimayu (KMU), Hargeisa (HGA), Berbera (BBO) and Mogadishu (MGQ) for a maximum stay of 30 days. They must have an invitation or sponsor letter from a national of Somalia, a resident of Somalia or a company registered in Somalia. They can apply to extend their stay. Payable in US Dollars or cash only.

Passengers with proof of Somali origins or a travel document stating Somalia as the place of birth can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 90 days.
